Riga, Kiev. Baltic Investment Company (BIC) today acquired 100% stake of Indigo Capital, Ukrainian securities brokerage company with head office in Kiev. BIC had reached the agreement with the management of the company, who will continue their work in the company on the key management positions.
By acquiring Indigo Capital, BIC has improved its leading position in the region and has obtained a platform for BIC to expand into the Ukrainian and Baltic markets.
