Klosterfrau Healthcare Group, a leading European pharmaceuticals provider has completed the transaction on acquisition of two branded products registered in Poland – Ballamin and Streboxar, including trademarks and other product related IP rights, from Unipharm Inc., a leading CEE regional pharmaceutical company.
