BIC Securities has acted as exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of leading Ukrainian FMCG company in connection with the sale to private investors. The transaction was aimed at financing the company’s business development plan, including significant increase in production volume and decrease in financial leverage. The parties agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
